Do I have to adapt a certain diet like keto or paleo?
Technically, no. I help you create a healthy lifestyle based on what fits your goals and needs. The basis of this program is always to do what is best for YOU. What works for one person may not work for the other and many times, we just have to experiment to see what works best for us.
Do I absolutely have to workout?
Let's just start off by saying I am not a fitness instructor or personal trainer so I will not be pushing you to do 100 reps of anything! My goal is to get you moving because not only does exercise promote a healthy heart but once you find the right form of exercise, you'll be provided with a place of escape and peace. Starting off I recommend walking. It's not too hard on the joints, just about everyone can do (indoors/outdoors) and it helps provide some level of physical activity.
You can also try yoga, dancing, cycling, etc. It's all about what works best for you!
